Pastoral Lead Year 8

Pastoral Leads are-student-facing staff supporting young people who may be experiencing difficulty with their mental or emotional health and wellbeing or difficulty regulating their behaviour to meet the high expectations of the school. They provide tailored advice and structured interventions to empower students to make positive choices regarding their behaviour, attendance, and social interactions (with full support for structuring and resourcing these interventions). They work both reactively in response to needs or incidents, and proactively through pastoral support plans, with both individuals and groups.
