About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and supportive Learning Support Assistant to join our excellent Year 3 and Year 4 team. This permanent position, starting in September 2026, offers an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking department committed to helping every child achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, the Learning Support Department, and individual pupils to provide high-quality, tailored support that fosters confidence, independence, and academic progress.
Experienced candidates have the exciting opportunity to undertake a Level 5 Apprenticeship, ideal for those wishing to further their training through a structured apprenticeship programme. Salaries will be dependent on experience.
Hours:
08.00 ā 17.15, Term-Time Only, Permanent
Salary:
Ā£23,000- 24,500, dependent on experience
