About This Role
We are seeking an outstanding and inspirational Head of Mathematics to join our College in August 2026.
The post holder will lead a large and busy department in the College. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire students with a diverse range of talent and ability. A desire and willingness to teach through Years 7 to 13 is essential, along with experience of IGCSE and/or IBDP.
Students come first is our guiding pillar. The right candidate will be a highly committed team player with the drive, energy and passion to help develop this forward-looking school. They will be internationally minded and excited to work with a culturally diverse range of colleagues and children. Applicants must be willing to lead by example and play a full part in the College’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programme.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the Mathematics department effectively.
- Inspire and motivate students across all year groups.
- Contribute to the development of the curriculum.
- Engage in the College’s pastoral care and extra-curricular activities.

Qualifications
- Qualified teacher status.
- Experience in teaching Mathematics at IGCSE and/or IB level.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to the ethos of the College.
