Head of Early Years – Shape Outstanding EYFS Provision in Hanoi
The British Vietnamese International School Hanoi is looking for an exceptional Early Years leader to drive excellence in EYFS, support a talented teaching team, and help young learners thrive in our unique bilingual international environment.
The Role
You will:
Lead and develop EYFS provision across the Early Years Centre
Support and coach teachers to ensure consistently excellent teaching
Lead assessment and monitoring of pupil progress in EYFS
Work closely with the Primary Leadership Team to maintain high standards
Build strong partnerships with parents and the school community

About You
We are looking for a collaborative and experienced Early Years professional who will thrive in an international setting.
Applicants must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A relevant degree
At least six years of teaching experience
Strong experience within EYFS leadership or coordination
