EYFS School Head

The British International School Madinaty, located in Egypt, is a leading institution committed to providing high-quality education based on the Cambridge curriculum. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated EYFS School Head to join our leadership team as Vice Principal. This role focuses on overseeing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) department, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning for our youngest learners.

The Role

As the EYFS School Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Early Years department. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and senior management to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children’s development according to Cambridge standards. Your leadership will ensure that all educational practices meet regulatory requirements while fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Early Years department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement).
• At least 8 years of experience working within early years education.
• Proven leadership experience in an international school setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Early Years curriculum framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff while promoting teamwork.
• Competence in monitoring student progress and implementing effective interventions.
• Skilled at building positive relationships with parents and stakeholders.
• Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail.
