English and Geography (Secondary) and Teaching Assistant (Primary)

Flexible, creative and enthusiastic teacher required for the bright and enquiring young minds of our bilingual secondary school. We need a highly qualified teacher of English and Geography with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and/or preferably a teaching certificate (QTS) in Secondary Education. Schemes of work will be based on the objectives of the German county curriculum for Lower Saxony, lessons will be taught in English. Experience of having taught English for a few years will be an advantage. In addition to teaching English and Geography in our Secondary school, the candidate will help out as a teaching assistant in our new Primary school. The contract is on a fixed term basis for the first two years, afterwards it can be extended to a permanent contract upon mutual decision.
