Ridgeway Academy is a member of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three primary, one nursery and infants’, one juniors and five secondary. Our Trust launched in September 2024 following the amalgamation of two established Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Alban Academies Trust and ATLAS Multi Academy Trust. Alban Academies Trust provides an enhanced induction programme for all of their Early Career Teachers (ECTs) during July which attracts an attendance payment in July and August.
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for growing their subject within the school
Is a skilled teacher who puts student progress and engagement at the heart of all they do
Is willing to learn and help evolve the good practices already in place
Wants to be part of an excellent team and who will contribute as we strive for excellence
