The Role
As a consequence of our continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional education leader to join our central Education Team based within the AISL Head Office in Hong Kong. With a Group-wide portfolio, the post-holder will work closely with our outstanding educators, Heads, and senior leadership teams to drive and secure educational excellence, as well as to develop a culture of continuous improvement across the Group. He/she will perform a key role in promoting, facilitating, and supporting the impact of high-quality leadership with individuals, across schools, and Group-wide. Qualifications
The post is well-suited to candidates who have substantial school senior leadership experience within all-through, primary, or secondary school settings within the UK and/or internationally and who can demonstrate significant sustained impact as an educational leader. Experience of working within a multi-school group environment would be helpful but is not a pre-requisite.
