Position Requirements:

  • A qualified teacher with middle leadership experience of academic teams;
  • Proven expertise in educational data analysis, benchmarking and value-added interpretation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading data-informed school improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks including EYLF, IB PYP, IBDP, HSC, IGCSE and Australian Curriculum.
  • Ability to lead high-level analytical discussions with senior leaders and translate complex data into actionable strategy.
  • High levels of personal integrity, discretion and ethical judgement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational precision.
  • Commitment to modelling and supporting positive wellbeing practices.
  • Attendance at and support of school events outside of standards school hours.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four years of successful leadership experience within an educational institution.
  • Demonstrated experience in data systems (e.g. iSAMS, Power BI preferential).
  • Proven record of improving student outcomes through data-informed action.
  • Master’s Degree or further study in leadership, assessment or educational research preferred.
