We are seeking an Exceptional Head of Drama to join our team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai, starting in August 2026.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should:

• Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree in Drama alongside a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Drama teachers, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning.

• Be eager to collaborate and share their exceptional practices with others.

• Exhibit a growth mindset, demonstrating reflection and a focus on solutions.

• Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
