Established in 2014, GEMS FirstPoint School is a prestigious British Curriculum institution situated in the vibrant community of The Villa, Dubai. Currently, the school serves approximately 2,000 students from Nursery (age 2) to Year 13, with exciting expansion plans on the horizon.

FPS takes pride in its inclusive, values-centered approach, with a student body representing over 90 nationalities. Our campus features cutting-edge facilities, including a dedicated center for sports and performing arts, swimming pools, a theatre, a sports hall, as well as dance, drama, and music rooms. Specialized learning environments include fully equipped science laboratories, computer suites, a food technology kitchen, a textiles and design suite, and workshops for Design Technology.

The curriculum we offer is extensive, well-rounded, and enriched with exceptional co-curricular opportunities, ensuring that every student can achieve their potential and experience personal success. Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

• Proven strong classroom practice with the ability to inspire and motivate students effectively.

• Dedication to inclusive education and personalized learning.

• Eagerness to contribute to the broader school community and professional learning environment.

GEMS Education is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students and staff. A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a prerequisite for all appointments.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
