About This Role
Bloom World Academy is on the lookout for innovative and skilled individuals to fill the position of Mathematics Teacher for the Academic Year 2026/2027.
As an educator within the IB framework, you are expected to showcase a steadfast dedication to fostering international mindedness in your classroom and contribute to this ethos throughout the school. A background in, or substantial understanding of, a student-centered inquiry-based learning method is essential. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills along with a proven ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships, as well as exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
We seek seasoned educators who are enthusiastic about empowering each student to learn and grow, facilitating an environment where every child can thrive. You should be adept at teaching students of varying abilities and have a demonstrated history of achieving exceptional student outcomes.
While prior experience with the IB program is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite, as training will be provided. As a practitioner, you should possess expertise in designing enriching, engaging, and challenging learning experiences for your students, have a solid understanding of assessment practices in the classroom, and most importantly, possess a fervor for motivating students to reach their full potential and beyond.

Required Candidate Profile
•
Proficient/advanced-level English language skills
•
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent
•
Experience in teaching specific subjects in IB or GCSE
•
A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a reputable institution
•
A proven record of outstanding student performance
•
Exhibits professionalism, enthusiasm, dedication, and integrity
•
Cultural awareness, strong communication skills, and eagerness to engage with students and parents
