About This Role

We are looking to appoint an Outreach Teacher to join our passionate and hardworking team at Elevate part of Elements Academy.

This unique role combines teaching at our Elevate site with delivering high-quality English and Maths tuition in students' homes and community venues. You will work with young people who may have experienced challenges in mainstream education and require a creative, nurturing, and adaptable approach to learning. Your ability to build trust, establish positive relationships, and inspire confidence will be at the heart of your success.

At our Elevate site, you will contribute to a supportive and engaging learning environment, delivering personalised programmes that meet the diverse needs of students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Alongside this, you will provide outreach support, planning and delivering individualised English and Maths lessons in a range of settings, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve meaningful progress.

We are looking for a qualified teacher with strong adaptable teaching skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to inclusive education. Experience of working with vulnerable learners, SEMH needs, or alternative provision is desirable. Most importantly, you will be a flexible, reflective practitioner who understands the transformative impact that positive relationships can have on a young person's future

If you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge in education and you are committed and passionate to making a difference, then we look forward to hearing from you.
