About This Role

The Vice Principal for Behaviour, Culture and Ethos is a key senior leadership role at Orion Coopers, responsible for shaping and sustaining a calm, inclusive and aspirational school culture where pupils can thrive academically and personally. Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the highest standards of behaviour, strong attendance, positive relationships and a shared sense of community across the school.

The role involves leading and embedding clear systems and expectations, supporting staff to deliver consistent practice, and using data and insight to drive continuous improvement. As a visible and values-led leader, the Vice Principal will champion Orion Education’s values of Trust, Kindness and Endeavour, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding, pastoral care and staff development.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious leader who is passionate about creating a nurturing yet rigorous environment, improving life chances for all pupils, and contributing to the continued success of a thriving school within a forward-thinking Trust.
