We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to join our Senior School team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that develop strong literacy skills, critical thinking, and a love for literature. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver inspiring and interactive English lessons that both support and challenge each student.
•
Create and implement high-quality curriculum work schemes that align with the school's objectives.
•
Evaluate, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring significant academic advancement.
•
Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
•
Participate in pastoral duties and contribute to the overall well-being of students.
•
Effectively use ICT to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment processes.
•
Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to encourage best practices and consistency.
•
Take part in co-curricular activities, clubs, and school events to foster community involvement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
•
A recognized teaching qualification (BEd, PGCE, or equivalent) alongside a degree in a relevant discipline.
•
Outstanding subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching English.
•
Strong classroom management abilities and the capacity to facilitate progress for all students.
•
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
•
A positive, adaptable attitude and a readiness to embrace innovation and growth.
•
Experience with IGCSE and/or IB programs (highly desirable).
