Thank you for your interest in this fixed-term, full-time position of Social Sciences teacher. The position starts 4 May 2026 and ends on 15 December 2026.

This position is fixed-term to meet a specific short-term curriculum need that will not be required in 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Social Sciences to secondary students (Years 7–15).


• Engage students in a dynamic learning environment.


• Collaborate with other staff to enhance curriculum delivery.


• Support students’ academic and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a certificated teacher.


• Experience in New Zealand’s education sector and curriculum preferred.


• Right to work in New Zealand is essential.
