Candidates who are successful will need to meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor of Education or a related degree along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- Demonstrated qualified experience teaching GCSE and A-Levels
- The capacity to share exemplary teaching practices
- A keen interest in professional growth, leadership, and sustainability
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom
- Strong IT and communication skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
