HR and Recruitment Team Leader

As our HR and Recruitment Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding people service across the Trust. Leading a dedicated HR and Recruitment team, you will help attract, recruit and support exceptional staff while ensuring our processes remain efficient, compliant and focused on delivering the best possible experience for candidates and colleagues. We're looking for someone who is organised and approachable, with the ability to lead by example, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
