About This Role

We prioritise the wellbeing of our staff and are committed to supporting colleagues through a range of flexible working options that help balance work and life in a way that suits individual needs. Our comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme offers a 24‑hour confidential helpline, and we provide dedicated wellbeing INSET days featuring activities such as yoga and mindfulness. Staff can also engage with our wellbeing focus group, and we offer a free annual winter flu vaccination clinic as part of our ongoing commitment to a healthy workplace.
