We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Computing Teacher to join our team in September 2026. While prior experience in teaching Design Technology at Key Stages 2 and 3 is preferred, we are looking for a motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to raise educational standards and a strong commitment to ensuring excellence for all learners. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator eager to make a positive impact on students’ learning while exemplifying the Royal Standard.
Job Purpose
The position entails teaching Computing as a subject specialist across Key Stages 2 and 3, with potential opportunities to extend into Key Stages 4 and 5. The goal is to provide an outstanding, comprehensive, and engaging learning experience that promotes exceptional outcomes for every student.
Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence for every learner
• Maintain extensive subject knowledge of the Computing curriculum across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4, with the ability to contribute to Key Stage 5, along with current awareness of examination boards and pathways
• Deliver consistently high-quality teaching and learning, collaborating with colleagues to share best practices
• Effectively utilize student data to customize learning experiences and improve progress
• Uphold a high-performance mindset, remaining reflective, solution-focused, and proactive
