Our School

Rugby School Dubai (RSD) is set to welcome its first students in August 2026. This institution represents the continuation of Rugby School’s prestigious legacy, where British traditions converge with the UAE’s visionary goals. Located in the Nad al Sheba district of Dubai, the school will cater to students from FS1 to Year 13 and is proud to be a part of the Aldar Education group.

The Post

Rugby School Dubai is in search of exceptional Sports Coaches (Netball, Rugby, Cricket) to provide top-tier coaching across our Prep and Senior Schools.

The ideal candidate will:

Possess a relevant degree and/or recognized coaching credentials.

•
Have at least two years of coaching experience, preferably within a school or high-performance setting.

•
Exhibit strong proficiency in at least one of netball, rugby, or cricket.

•
Be fervent about fostering the development of students of all skill levels, from those participating to those competing at higher levels.

•
Center their coaching around the needs of students, encouraging both skill enhancement and enjoyment.

•
Commit to contributing to a diverse and ambitious co-curricular program.

•
Be eager to engage fully in school activities, including fixtures, tours, House sports, and events.

•
Show a passion for professional growth and continuous learning.

•
Have an understanding of sports in a high-performance context, ideally with experience in the UK independent sector or a comparable environment.

Shortlisted candidates currently residing in the UAE will be invited for an interview and further assessments at the school, which will include teaching a lesson. Candidates from overseas may be asked to provide a video of their teaching.
