Position: China International Head of Upper School

Requirements:

Education Required: Master's degree or higher

Minimum Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience

Major: Preferred in a related field

Required Certificates:

Teaching Credential/License

TESL/TEFL Certificate (minimum of 120 hours)

TESL/TEFL Diploma Level

Teacher responsibilities include:

Creating lesson plans and instructional materials, along with offering individualized and small group instruction to cater to each student's needs;

Assessing students’ academic and social development, maintaining accurate records, and preparing progress reports;

Engaging in communication with parents;

Collaborating with school administrators and fellow educators;

Participating in curriculum development and professional learning sessions;

Supporting and organizing activities and events both within the school and in the community.
