Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to become a part of our enthusiastic team at Horizon International School. The right candidate will provide high-quality, engaging lessons that ignite a love for learning while challenging all students to reach their fullest potential. They will bring vitality and enthusiasm to their teaching, serving as a role model for students and showing a dedication to ongoing learning and development. In this inclusive and collaborative school community, the role entails planning and delivering exceptional lessons that focus on deep thinking, engagement, and challenge for every learner. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities:
- Exhibits a strong enthusiasm for teaching and a deep commitment to motivating and challenging all learners
- Utilizes in-depth subject knowledge to create and implement engaging, effective, and impactful lessons
- Proficient in designing lessons that encourage all students to think critically and engage meaningfully in their learning
- Capable of adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of an inclusive student body
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Reflective and proactive in their teaching practice, consistently pursuing professional development and growth
- Efficient in managing time and workload, demonstrating resilience and enthusiasm in a dynamic educational setting

Successful applicants will possess:
• A Bachelor of Education or PGCE with a relevant specialization
• Experience teaching in a UK context or a reputable British Curriculum/international school
