Candidates who are successful will undergo various background checks, which include reference verification, proof of relevant qualifications, identification, and police checks, including those from overseas.

Recruiting – Mathematics Teacher

We are in search of an outstanding Mathematics teacher who can effectively instruct students at both (I)GCSE and A Level, delivering lessons that are clear, challenging, and engaging. Your role will involve pushing high achievers, supporting all learners with complex concepts, and encouraging strong problem-solving, reasoning, and mathematical communication skills. We are looking for an educator who employs research-informed strategies, sparks curiosity, and cultivates an environment where students think critically and approach mathematics with confidence.

At DBSEH, you will become part of a school celebrated for its high academic aspirations, nurturing ethos, and commitment to understanding every student as an individual. With overall 2025 results of 51% A–A* at A Level and 85% 9–6 at GCSE, you will join a community with a robust academic foundation that values both excellence and compassion.

Once you arrive, our INSET program, specifically designed for new staff, will help you acclimate to life in Dubai (if you are new to the UAE) and familiarize you with our school policies and practices in a smaller group with senior leaders. Returning staff will participate in an induction for the new school year.

Our vibrant in-school social committee ensures numerous opportunities for staff to forge strong friendships across academic teams while exploring shared interests, such as dog walking, attending shows, engaging in sports, or meeting for Sunday lunch!
