As we approach our 19th year in operation in August 2026, Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) has a rich history that began in September 2007 in Al Taawun with under 200 students. Over the course of the last 18 years, VISS has flourished into a successful network of schools, including 2 IB World Schools, providing the Australian (Victorian) Curriculum from KG to Grade 12, along with the IB Diploma Programme, and now serves over 5,000 students across five campuses.

We are on the lookout for experienced and passionate Teachers to become part of our vibrant team. The chosen candidates will deliver captivating lessons that align with the Australian Curriculum, tailored to enhance students' development into confident and independent learners.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality teaching and learning in accordance with the curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere, prioritizing student wellbeing and safeguarding
• Assess and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback
• Establish positive relationships with parents and colleagues
• Engage in school initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvement
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field
• Recognized teaching qualification and professional registration (e.g., VIT, QTS, or equivalent)
• Teaching experience in an international or Australian curriculum context is preferred
• Regional experience is an advantage but not mandatory
