As a Mathematics Teacher at GEMS Al Barsha National School, you will create engaging and rigorous lessons that cultivate a profound appreciation for the English language and literature. You will assist students in honing their reading, writing, and analytical skills, ensuring that every learner reaches their full academic potential. Additionally, you will be actively involved in the broader school community, participating in co-curricular activities, school events, and the continuous development of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, prepare, and deliver exceptional Mathematics lessons that motivate and engage students across varying ability levels.
· Instill a passion for reading, writing, and communication through innovative and meaningful learning experiences.
· Assess, document, and communicate student progress, utilizing data to guide planning and differentiation.
· Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all students and encourages academic excellence.
· Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative work schemes and exchange best practices.
· Maintain effective communication with parents to provide regular updates on student progress and accomplishments.
· Engage in departmental meetings, professional development, and co-curricular initiatives.
· Adhere to GEMS Education’s Core Values and the ethos of Al Barsha National School at all times.
· Contribute to the school community through events, performances, and enrichment opportunities.

Qualifications & Knowledge

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a recognized teaching qualification/license (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
· Strong subject expertise.
· Familiarity with ICT and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.

Experience
