We are looking for a committed SEL Counsellor to become a part of our Elementary/Primary School team for the 2025/2026 academic year. The ideal candidate will assist students in their social and emotional growth, aiding them in overcoming challenges and fostering resilience within a nurturing school atmosphere.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related discipline (minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a school counselling position or a similar role that supports children’s social-emotional learning
- A solid understanding of SEL frameworks and strategies that align with the Common Core curriculum
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with students, parents, teachers, and staff
- Capacity to confidentially assess student needs and devise suitable intervention plans
- Proficiency in conflict resolution, crisis management, and encouraging positive behavior
