As a Mathematics Teacher at GEMS Al Barsha National School, you will create and deliver engaging lessons that instill a profound appreciation for mathematics among students. Your role will involve helping students build robust analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, ensuring that every learner achieves their maximum academic potential. Beyond classroom instruction, you will actively engage in the broader school community, participating in co-curricular activities, school events, and the continuous development of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and deliver exceptional Mathematics lessons that captivate and motivate students of varying abilities.
· Cultivate a passion for mathematics through innovative and meaningful learning experiences.
· Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress, utilizing data to inform instructional planning and differentiation.
· Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that nurtures all learners and encourages academic excellence.
· Collaborate with fellow educators to develop creative curricula and share effective teaching practices.
· Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates regarding student progress and achievements.
· Engage in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and co-curricular initiatives.

Qualifications & Knowledge

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field, along with a recognized teaching qualification/license (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
· Strong command of the subject matter.
· Familiarity with ICT and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
