Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in education from an accredited institution
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Capability to develop engaging lesson plans that align with the IB PYP framework
- Fundamental understanding of child development and principles of elementary education
- Willingness to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students
- Flexibility and eagerness for ongoing professional development
- PEI (Canada) teacher license or the ability to obtain one
