Job Description:
As a UK Design and Technology Teacher at SRS Dubai, you will inspire students aged 11-18 by delivering engaging lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills. Your duties will include designing, preparing, and evaluating student assignments in line with UK curriculum standards while cultivating a positive and innovative learning atmosphere.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Design and Technology or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Design and Technology at the secondary/high school level
- Comprehensive knowledge of the United Kingdom national curriculum for Design and Technology
- Ability to create lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles
- Skilled in the tools, materials, and software relevant to design technology education
- Strong classroom management abilities complemented by effective communication skills
