The role
As our student population continues to expand, we are thrilled to announce an opening for a part-time (0.5 FTE) history teaching position, set to commence on 25 August 2026. This is a fixed-term role lasting until 31 August 2027.
We are in search of a passionate and dedicated educator to enhance our accomplished Sixth Form College. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring teacher capable of delivering exceptional lessons. You will be part of a supportive department that is deeply committed to student success, ensuring that all students experience a high-quality learning environment.

This is a fixed-term position, governed by the Sixth Form Colleges Association's conditions of service handbook. The salary will be based on the Sixth Form Colleges Association teacher staff pay scale, NSP 1 – 9 (£33,465 - £51,714) pro rata, depending on experience.
