Attendance & Pastoral Support: Working directly with families and pastoral teams to encourage student attendance, using empathy and kindness to navigate challenging situations.

People & HR Operations: Supporting recruitment, welcoming new starters, coordinating cover for staff, and maintaining essential HR records.

Finance & Administration: Assisting with local purchasing, trip management on parent payment portals, and maintaining essential MIS database records (Arbor).
