Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or equivalent
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing the subject with students
• Experience in teaching GCSE and A Level
• A minimum of 3 years' teaching experience, although applications from aspiring new teachers will be welcomed
• Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons and a proven record of achieving outstanding results
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Show evidence of recent professional development pertinent to this role
• Bring innovative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school
• Have ICT skills that reflect the role of technology in contemporary classrooms
• Display commitment to the extra-curricular programme
• Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your care
• Possess an innovative, creative, and positive mindset

Desirable:

• Experience working overseas or engaging with international students
