Qualifications
We are excited to invite applications from British-trained Early Years/Reception Teachers who possess the following qualifications:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a DFE Teacher Reference Number
- A student-centered philosophy in education
- A solid understanding of excellence in Teaching & Learning, with evidence of its impact in their classrooms
- A compassionate approach that fosters children's emotional and social development
- Experience in consistently observing and documenting children's progress, adapting methods as needed
- The ability to design and implement engaging activities that meet the unique needs and interests of children, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Experience with Continuous Provision and planning learning sequences that accommodate all learners, including high achievers, SEN, and EAL students
- Familiarity with phonics and Read Write Inc.
- Strong team collaboration skills with an emphasis on building positive relationships with students and staff.
