Programme Director for Form V and Form VI (Year 12 & 13 in UK)
About This Role
San Silvestre is looking for a Form V & VI Programme Director (corresponding to Year 12 and Year 13 in the UK) to begin in August 2026. This position will report directly to the Head of Senior School and will be part of the Secondary Senior Leadership Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, overseeing administrative tasks, and applying organizational skills to facilitate the best possible growth for students and the programs within Form V & VI.
The focus of this position is to support both students and staff, while also improving parent and community awareness of the pathways available for students after Form IV. Additionally, this person will act as the liaison between the school and the IBO.
