Asia International School Limited (AISL), drawing on 450 years of educational excellence from Harrow School, UK, boasts over 20 years of experience in the education sector. AISL has established international schools in Bangkok (1998), Beijing (2005), Hong Kong (2012), and Shanghai (2016). The Harrow International School (HIS) and Harrow Innovation Leadership Academy (HILA) in Haikou is a significant initiative for the Hainan government as it aims to develop Haikou into a prominent international education center.

Harrow Haikou represents the first internationally acclaimed educational institution in the province and is set to redefine high-quality education in the region. Strategically situated in Jiangdong District, at the intersection of Jiangdong Avenue and the southern side of Linhai Third Road, Harrow Haikou offers K-12 international and bilingual education for both local and expatriate day and boarding students. Both institutions commenced operations in September 2020. We are looking for exceptional staff for positions starting in August 2025. Successful candidates will be offered renewable two-year contracts with highly competitive employment terms and excellent working conditions. We invite applications from educators in the UK state and independent sectors, as well as those with international teaching experience. Opportunities may also be available for working with our boarding students.

To apply for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A relevant degree, along with a UK PGCE or another teaching qualification that provides QTS
- At least two years of teaching experience
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum of England, including IGCSE/GCSE and/or A Levels where applicable
- A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to holistic education
- A high degree of professionalism and a focus on child well-being
- Recent and ongoing participation in extracurricular activities
- Respect for all members of the school community, regardless of age, position, or ethnic background
- Experience working with students for whom English is a second language
- A positive, solution-oriented approach to professional life
- A clean International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) or police check (for those without prior experience in the UK) with no issues regarding suitability for working with children
