The role:
As a Maths Teacher, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Initiating programs to enhance student involvement and school spirit.
- Supporting enrichment activities and school-wide events.
- Strengthening communication with parents through regular updates on student progress.
- Delivering engaging, inclusive, and effective lessons.
- Encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking.
- Utilizing data-driven approaches to address diverse learning needs.
- Incorporating digital tools to enhance educational experiences.
- Acting as a Form Tutor and contributing to the A-Level curriculum.
- Developing and executing lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
- Ensuring thorough assessment and prompt feedback.
- Contributing to curriculum innovation and quality assurance processes.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Reflecting on teaching practices to enhance effectiveness.
- Upholding school values and fostering a positive school culture.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- A current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure for all countries of residence.
- Compliance with visa requirements for employment (holding a bachelor's degree and having at least two years of relevant experience).
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students, with a willingness to undertake necessary child protection training.
