About This Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the full spectrum of human resources operations for our international school in Bangkok. The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders, employees and external agencies to ensure smooth HR administration and compliance with Thailand’s employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements and reference checks.

  • Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave, allowances and employee changes.

  • Administer employee benefits, social security, insurance and statutory welfare requirements.

  • Coordinate visa, work permit and immigration matters for expatriate employees.

  • Maintain accurate leave, attendance and personnel records.

  • Prepare HR letters, reports, employment documents and government submissions.

  • Support performance management, employee engagement and staff welfare initiatives.

  • Respond to employees’ HR-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain HR policies and practices in accordance with Thai labour laws and organisational requirements.

  • Liaise with government authorities, service providers and other external stakeholders.

  • Undertake other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in Thailand.

  • Working knowledge of Thai labour law, social security requirements and HR practices.

  • Experience handling visas and work permits for expatriate employees would be an advantage.

  • Good command of written and spoken Thai and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR information systems.

  • Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.

  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Service-oriented, dependable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in an international school, education organisation or multicultural workplace would be an advantage.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
