About This Role
Facilities Management
· Maintenance & Cleaning
· Project Management related to school operations and facilities development
· Purchasing/Procurement
· Security Management
· Administrative role overseeing Student Activities, Trips, and Events
· Management of School Budget, Capex, and Opex
· Primary liaison with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Education and local council
· Coordination with External Service Providers and outsourced services for the school
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of operational experience, preferably in an educational environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- High adaptability and resilience in changing situations.
