Successful applicants must possess:
- An educational degree, such as a Bachelor’s in Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS with an Induction Certificate, or equivalent (the PGCE must be paired with a subject-relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
- A Master’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Leadership qualifications, including advanced training or qualifications such as NPQSL (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership) or equivalent (desirable).
- A minimum of four years of teaching experience (international experience is advantageous but not a requirement).
- Strong subject knowledge, with substantial experience teaching the British National Curriculum across all key stages.
- A passion for creating a student-centered learning environment.
- A commitment to professional development and a collaborative teaching approach.
- A proven history of delivering outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- A willingness to actively engage in extracurricular activities beyond school hours.
