We are looking for an exceptional and inspiring Head of Faculty – Art & Design Technology to lead and grow a dynamic and innovative department across all key stages. This position encompasses both teaching and middle leadership duties, with the successful candidate expected to actively teach Art and Design Technology while delivering outstanding lessons that foster creativity, innovation, and excellence within the faculty.
About you:
We seek a leader who:
- Holds a relevant degree in Art, Design, or a related field, along with a PGCE (or equivalent) and QTS.
- Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning in Art and/or Design Technology, achieving excellent student outcomes across key stages.
- Demonstrates the ability to balance strategic leadership with an active teaching role, exhibiting exemplary classroom practices.
- Provides a clear vision and direction for the faculty, ensuring a high-quality, progressive curriculum that fosters creativity, innovation.
