The ideal candidate will possess:

A Bachelor of Education or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)

Proven experience teaching GCSE and A Level Mathematics
•
A strong enthusiasm for career advancement, leadership, and sustainability
•
An innovative and engaging teaching approach
•
Excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents
•
