Execute the designated curriculum while demonstrating comprehensive and current knowledge of the subject matter. Design and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students. Develop and employ suitable materials and an effective classroom environment to accommodate various learning styles. Provide written evidence of planning and preparation when required. Maintain thorough records of curriculum and yearly plans, attendance, teaching resources, assessment strategies, and more. Evaluate, document, and communicate students' academic growth, progress, and achievements, utilizing assessments to tailor the curriculum to individual student needs. Foster the overall progress and well-being of students, offering guidance on educational topics.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is essential. Experience in the UAE is preferred, along with a background in teaching the CBSE curriculum. Proficiency in IT and strong interpersonal communication skills are required.
