Position Overview:
The Deputy Head of Primary will be responsible for overseeing and managing the School's operations, ensuring optimal educational and pastoral care. As an integral part of the senior leadership team, the Deputy Head will significantly contribute to the School's ongoing development.

- Provide strategic leadership and manage resources effectively
- Foster and participate in continuous professional development
- Set and communicate high expectations for teaching, learning, and assessment throughout the School
- Show dedication to the principles of a progressive international school
- Exhibit creativity, determination, enthusiasm, and resilience
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in school leadership positions, such as Key Stage Leader, Head of Department, or a Teacher with 5-8 years of teaching experience; leadership potential will also be considered
- Educational expertise with a strong track record in promoting and upholding high academic standards
- Ability to provide strategic leadership as part of the Leadership Team
- A cultural awareness and ethos that motivates staff and students to strive for excellence
- A commitment to leading with emotional intelligence
