The Assistant Head of Year will serve as a prominent leader and a reliable figure for students, adept at de-escalating and resetting behavior while collaborating closely with the behavior, pastoral, SEND, and wellbeing teams.

Located in Winsford, Cheshire, Winsford Academy is a co-educational comprehensive school serving students aged 11 to 16.
