About This Role
Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba Secondary is looking to appoint a Teacher of History to become a part of our dedicated team.

You will follow the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE and International A Level curricula, motivating your students each day to become involved, independent, and successful lifelong learners.

We are in search of a candidate who meets the following criteria:
Essential:
•
Possesses a relevant Bachelor's Degree
•
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
•
Demonstrates strong subject expertise and a genuine passion for history that you are eager to impart to students
•
Has experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses
•
Brings a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, although we welcome applications from new teachers with aspirations of excellence
•
Able to consistently deliver inspiring lessons and has a proven track record of achieving excellent results
•
Exhibits a collaborative spirit along with robust communication skills
•
Shows evidence of dedication to ongoing professional development relevant to this position
•
Possesses innovative ideas that can enhance the department's visibility within the school
•
Holds ICT skills that demonstrate an understanding of the role of technology in modern education
•
Commits to supporting the extra-curricular program
•
Demonstrates a commitment to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in their charge
•
Exhibits an innovative, creative, and positive approach to teaching
Desirable:
•
Experience working abroad or with international student populations
