Our educational program is grounded in the national curriculum of England, offering Cambridge and Pearson qualifications at the secondary level, including IGCSEs, A Levels, and BTECs.

Our main campus at Chaofah serves 1,000 students and is oversubscribed in many year groups. We are in the process of expanding our Upper School facilities to establish 'HeadStart College' as the leading educational institution in Southern Thailand.

In August 2023, we inaugurated a new campus in the northern part of the island, Cherngtalay. Initially starting as a one-form Foundation and Primary school, the Cherngtalay Campus has now expanded to a three-form entry for Foundation, Primary, and Secondary School (KS3 only), accommodating up to 500 students.

Humanities Teacher - Cherngtalay Campus

As part of our school's expansion, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Humanities teacher to join our team starting in August 2026.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience teaching Humanities at Key Stage Three and possess the ability to make the subject engaging and relevant.

You will be part of one of the most successful and favored faculties in our school, recognized for its ability to ignite students' interest and engage them critically with the world. Our approach to teaching Humanities is conceptual and inquiry-based, integrating History, Geography, Politics, Economics, Psychology, and Sociology within our Key Stage Three curriculum.

We seek a highly dedicated team player with passion, energy, and the ability to instill a love for learning in their students. A good sense of humor and a strong work ethic are crucial.

There is an opportunity for leadership responsibilities for candidates with suitable experience.

Requirements / Application Information

Essential Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of the UK curriculum

· Experience instructing students aged 11 to 14

· Background in teaching Humanities

· Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

· A valid teaching qualification: BEd.; PGCE; iPGCE or equivalent

· Fluency in English is mandatory

Desirable Qualifications (not compulsory):

· Experience in an International School setting

· Familiarity with teaching English as an Additional Language learners

Compensation Package:
