Demonstrate and exemplify outstanding classroom practices in accordance with GEMS Teaching & Learning Policy, Teach Like a GEMS Educator (TLAG), and Read Like a GEMS Educator (RLAG).

Assist the Principal and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in enhancing school performance, staff training, and safeguarding measures.
•
Guide and mentor teachers to ensure high standards of teaching, assessment, and inclusivity.
•
Utilize data and assessments to enhance student outcomes and prepare for KHDA inspections.
•
Encourage positive behavior, wellbeing, and a robust school culture that reflects GEMS values.
Skills:
•
Proven leadership and management experience in an educational setting, preferably at Key Stage level or in a similar middle or senior leadership capacity.
•
Thorough understanding of curriculum development, assessment strategies, and methods for tracking student progress, with the ability to leverage data for improvement.
•
Established capability to foster high standards of behavior, inclusion, and student wellbeing in alignment with GEMS Founders values.
•
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling the establishment of productive relationships with staff, students, parents, and external partners.
•
A collaborative approach to leadership, with the aptitude to inspire, support, and motivate teams toward achieving common objectives and ongoing school enhancement.
