Whole School PE Teacher

Yas School is excited to announce an opening for a highly skilled Whole School PE Teacher to join our dedicated team starting in August 2026 for the academic year 2026-2027, or possibly even sooner.

At Yas School, we implement the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum with a strong emphasis on inclusive education, enrichment programs, and preparing learners for the future. Established in 2015, we proudly serve as the largest single-campus K-12 government school, educating over 1750 boys and girls on our expansive campus.

We seek a qualified educator with a strong background in either UK or US curricula, and preferably with experience in the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.

As a teacher at Yas School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that promote students’ academic achievement, personal development, and overall well-being. Your role will be essential in empowering students to fulfill their potential and equipping them to succeed as global citizens while honoring and promoting the heritage and Emirati identity of the UAE.

In your teaching position, you will actively cultivate strong connections and open lines of communication with parents, colleagues, and students, ensuring that academic and behavioral standards align with the school’s ethos and policies. You will be dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere where every student feels motivated to excel.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education relevant to the subject area.
• A Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related discipline is preferable.
• Proficiency in English, evidenced by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent.
• Bilingual capabilities (English & Arabic) are highly valued.
• A UAE Certified Teaching License or equivalent, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in classroom teaching.
