Teacher of Biology

Avenor College is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher of Biology to become a part of our dynamic Science Department, teaching in our modern, purpose-built laboratories. We invite qualified Biology teachers, including Early Career Teachers who wish to complete the ECT programme with us, to apply.

Our Senior building boasts three fully equipped laboratories, and the Science department comprises seven dedicated Science teachers along with one lab technician. The college fosters numerous opportunities for both personal and professional growth, emphasizing teacher voice, choice, and agency.

At the A Level, our students engage with the CAIE 9700 curriculum. For IGCSE, we provide two learning pathways: Coordinated Science (Double) CAIE 0654 and Separate Sciences (Triple) CAIE 0610.
